BRIEF OVERVIEW: When a poor village boy rescues a wounded bird, his is
rewarded for his kindness. Then, the boy's neighbor tries to copy him, but in a
much different way.
INTEGRATED ACTIVITY: The teacher will discuss the folk tale from another country and have
the class create their own version of a greedy man in the moon. The teacher
will also discuss how greed can hurt people and how it is not nice or ok to
copy someone.
