Welcome to: A Book or Two: Children's Literature Reviews, a blog site that offers information on new, classic, and favorite children's literature, reviewed by university professors, classroom teachers, librarians, and those studying to become teachers. BRIEF OVERVIEW: A train is traveling throughout the book in different ways and through different scenic areas. Colors and speeds are described as well as the scenery.
INTEGRATED ACTIVITY: Students will create a freight train in class out of construction paper. They will identify colors and draw the scenery through which the train is moving.
