Brief Overview: The tooth fairy wanted a
stone from a giant so she could bring her mother back from being turned into
stone. Everything the giant asked for wasn’t enough. So they
had a plan to get the stone by putting toothpaste on the giant’s eyes. After
getting the stone her mother was free atlas.
INTEGRATED ACTIVITY:While reading the book
students will talk about the settings and the struggles the fairy goes through
to get the stone. Then the students will write their own fairy tale.
