Welcome to: A Book or Two: Children's Literature Reviews, a blog site that offers information on new, classic, and favorite children's literature, reviewed by university professors, classroom teachers, librarians, and those studying to become teachers. We hope you will find "just the right book" to share with others. Our goal is to keep the site updated with information about children's authors, book awards, and new releases. Each entry will include the book cover picture, a brief overview, bibliographic information, and suggested uses for families, librarians, and teachers. BRIEF OVERVIEW: This book takes an in depth look at the life cycle of frogs. It discusses the dangers that a tadpole may encounter throughout the life cycle, as well as the vital componenets necessary to transition from egg to  tadpole to frog.
INTEGRATED ACTIVITY: Using three student volunteers. Turn one into an egg, one into a tadpole, and one into a frog and have them act out as these roles. Mix up three students, and as a review, have the class put the students back in order from egg to tadpole to frog.
